This Mushroom and Guinness Pie is a plant-based twist on a classic comfort pie. A mix of dried and fresh field mushrooms is slowly simmered in Guinness and mushroom stock sauce, creating a deeply savoury filling.

Pie Reheating Instructions

Fresh/Defrosted Pies:

Oven:

1. Preheat oven to 180℃

2. Remove foil tray

3. Place on baking paper on a baking tray.

4. Put in the oven for around 20 minutes - until piping hot!

Air Fryer:

1. Remove foil tray

2. Cook in an Air Fryer at 180℃ for 12 minutes.

For frozen pies, keep the oven low at 150℃ for 30 minutes or until piping hot.
